Refund Policy

Our refund policy defines the situations under which I, as a freelancer operating under Shubham World, will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund, and my responsibilities in circumstances resulting in such a claim. By registering for any of my services, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

All information collected is used to improve website content, notify clients about updates, or address issues with their requests. If you do not wish to receive emails from me in the future, please inform me via email.

Coverage & Scope

This refund policy applies to the services provided by me, operating as Shubham World.

This policy does not apply to third-party service providers or products that are not directly managed by me. This includes any third-party services bound by contract and any external websites linked to my website.

Filing a Complaint

I take every project with the final outcome in mind. It is as much my responsibility as the client’s. Every effort should be made to reach a mutually acceptable solution in case of dissatisfaction. Refunds should be considered only when all other solutions have been exhausted.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied and are considering a refund claim, I request that you first reach out to me at all@shubhamworld.net for a final discussion before filing a formal refund request.

A refund claim should only be filed if we are unable to reach a resolution through discussion.

Eligibility for Refund

Every project is important to me, and I ensure that each one is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. My goal is to deliver results as per the agreed-upon terms. However, if a client is not satisfied and opts for a dispute resolution process, refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

Website Design / Graphic Design

  • Full refund: If the project has not been started or if the initial design style has not been approved. The full refund will be initiated within 180 days from the date of the upfront payment.
  • Partial refund: If the project is not delivered as per the agreed timeline after the approval of the initial design style. The refund amount will be proportional to the work completed.
  • No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded to the server.

Web Programming

  • Full refund: If the project has not been initiated.
  • Partial refund: If the project is not completed per the agreement, I will issue a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy

Note:

  • A project is not considered void unless the agreed-upon payments are clear.
  • Refunds are not applicable if required information for successful project completion is not provided on time.
  • Delays due to improper communication from the client cannot be attributed to me.
  • If incomplete information is provided at the start of the project, I am not liable to meet delivery or refund commitments.
  • There is no provision for compensation due to delays unless a contract explicitly includes a penalty clause for late delivery.

Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the value of the portion of the project that remains incomplete at a given time. I am not responsible for losses due to service delays or unfulfilled requests. Refunds apply only when a project is canceled by the client and communicated to me in writing via email.

Processing of Refunds

  • Partial refunds will be processed within 180 business days from the cancellation date through Cashfree Payments.
  • Full refunds will be processed within 50 business days from the cancellation date through Cashfree Payments.
